Don't worry about it. After 818 sales and a purple star rating it's bound to happen.

Regarding the email exchange I sent to you on that you did not reply to....
February 12
how did you take the camera apart to get the tape out of it? does the camera "eat" tapes?
Your reply February 12:
it went out able a tape was being played.
My Reply February 12:
i don't understand....
please explain: "it went out able a tape was being played."
You did not reply to the above email.

OK. So, you used a screw driver to take the camera apart.
So, does the camera "eat" tapes?
What is the process of going before the ebay judge?
How much did the auction cost you?

eBay has a safe harbor policy that states that your bid is a binding contract, and because of this policy you are told to know what you are bidding on before you throw your money out there. The add clearly states this is an LCD screen not the entire $ 600.00 camera. Did you really think the entire camera was $ 30.00?!?!?! The other thing that ebay policy states is that you use their provided communication source rather than resort to a persons email that can be altered.when the "eBay judge" reviews this case he. Can't see the emails that were exchanged. Also in the future, if you bid on another item and you didn't read the description first, there is "bid retraction option"
This keeps the seller from loosing the fee he paid for the post with.
One question you asked me. How I took it apart??
Do you remember that???? WHAT????
I'm sorry I didn't respond before, so here is your answer:
I used a screwdriver.
Thank you
Fred

......My reply to you was....."I do know know what you are talking about.....please explain?"
.............Now, I can see that you could see that I didn't know what I was bidding on.
............When the auction ended, I sent you another message via ebay....asking a couple of questions about the item....and you did not reply.
............Today, you have sent me two emails seeking payment.
So, is there an ebay judge, jury that deals with issues like this?
I don't use ebay very much and have never been in this saturation.

Hello again, I have at this point not received payment nor a response to the last message I have left you. If you bid on this thing thinking it was something other than what it was, you should ask me if I can drop the sale if you offer to pay the listing fee or somthing in that line.
Thank you
